That would mean the edit is judged on skiing ability ONLY. That doesn't make sense to me cuz the whole point is to make the best 2 minute edit. If that were the case you could just play shots of you seshing a rail with no music.
The video quality shouldn't matter though your right about that
no not at all, I thought you had to edit it yourself? maybe not but it just seems like how you edit it should matter. thats just my opinion, i was more talking about editing though, if you filmed it all yourself props on that, shits hard
This is going to be the last thing I say about this contest in here.
The contest should be judged on
-Skiing (obviously the biggest factor)
-Filming/ Editing (alot of time and effort goes into this part of the edit. whether you like it or not, thjis contest is THE BEST EDIT...an edit is not just purely based on skiing)
-Degree of difficulty of the setup (example: a huge/tall/ skinny metal rail is harder than a wide/short pvc rail)
why not on originality and on how fun it was to watch? cause you wouldnt win? maybe! cause to be dead honest all the vids were the same but joey's standed out cause it was original and funny. It showed how much he loves to ski and i could watch it 20 times without getting bored cause its funny and entertaining not all about the tricks and diificulty and btw i dont think that the guy in ohio's video could've edited his own video anyways...
