can anyone tell me how to adjust the DIN on theses bindings?

ive noticed i pop out way to easy when i go down even a rough turn through deep pow will take my ski off. im just trying to tighten them up!

any help is greatly appreciated. thanks!
 
Go to the back I had the same problem and look for the white diagonal line and spin right and se where it hits when it moves up. The front is self explanatory
 
Ahh i see now! i got the front. but the back i couldnt find, thanks so much. best for both dins front and back to be the same right?

 
You may also want to have your forward pressure looked at.

My best bet, go into a shop and ask a tech to explain your bindings to you. This way, you'll learn how to adjust your bindings properly
 
Another thing with those driver toes is the height adjustment which my be the reason your releasing. But I wont tell you how to adjust it. Go pay a ski tech
 
Yah the ski shop guys thought I was a retard because I couldn't figure it out luckily someone got confused to so I don't feel as dumb
