Salomon SPK Pro Model or Nordica Supercharger Ignition boot?
Title pretty much says it all. I was just wondering what everyone thought the better boot was. I'm entirely park and am looking for a boot that does not give (or at least reduces the amount of) shinbang. From what I've heard thats the Salomon SPK Pro model boot however my parents got me the Nordica Ignition boot for Xmas. Just wondering if I should exchange or not. Thanks for the help! Fairly significant difference in fit between the boots - (like half a CM in width apart from anything else)

If the boot fits man, they should be good!

The ignitions use booster tech in the power strap which should help against shinbang.

I've got a pair and haven't had a problem
 
tried on a pair of the pros, (i ended up getting the raves, i ski more all mountain) but i was amazed, like actually, felt like a snowboard boot with complete flexibility. i dont know how you could even control skis in them... but in your case, the amount of flex would be extremely forgiving in the park for sure.

never tried the superchargers, but their a great boot, just because you dont ski park doesnt mean you need a park boot, you just need a boot thats comfortable and works with you
 
i skied a pair of the SPK fors half a season and had a ton of problems with them! i just proformed some superchargers and i love them! they have a nice snug fit! wrap ur foot well! the have a fell elastomer the length of ur sole to erase shock instead of the SPK thes just in the heal. im all for nordica. King of boots baby!
 
I was in the same boat a few years ago when the spk first came out. I ended up getting the spk but i wish I would have gotten the nordica but insted in joined the spk band waggon

but get the boot that fits better
 
skied on the SPKs the whole last season. never once got shin bang, however they are super cold boots so thats a downfall but i still bought another pair this year so apparently they're good for somethin
