^^ Okay the more im investigation this its looking like fraud. James Bertsch as you present yourself on paypal, I'm hoping this is not a fraud but If so I paid with a CC so I'll get my money back but I have your address and phone, so I'll take if further if I dont get a tracking # for bindings and a reply.
 
There was a special on SAC and he probably bought multiple pairs of them and is selling to make a little profit. No need to accuse of fraud.
 
Whatever, that's fine I suppose. I don't know why you'd even bother with the 3 bucks, but if you're that weird that you have to make some sort of profit to feel good about yourself, 3 bucks isn't hurting anyone.
 
its not fraud bro. I have two pairs of bindings, i originally bought 2, 1 for myself, and one to sell to my friend. I ended up changing my mind and sticking with my rossi bindings and my friend bought skis that came with bindings so this is the second pair i have to sell that i wasnt expecting to have.

James Bertsch is my dad, the paypal account is in his name. Your payment just cleared yesterday man, i wasn't sending it out until the payment cleared. It was meant to be picked up today but something got screwed up, It's all packaged up and ready to ship out tomorrow.

Take it easy, its been less than 24 hours since the payment cleared... I know its kind of sketch just because its newschoolers and kind of anonymous, but i'm on the good sellers/buyers list multiple times I'm not ripping you off. I think that answers all of your questions.
 
yeah actually, the 3 dollars kicks ass. Paypal does this thing called taking fees for transactions, so now i get 90 dollars after the fees instead of some shitty uneven 87. Yeah, maybe it is wierd, uneven number ssuck.

^^ Okay what the hell is going on and well are my bindings. I havent recieved my bindings and I sent you a payment on the 16th of October. This shit is definately not cool. I need a response or I'm filing a report with my credit card company and paypal.
