for all the techies who actually know shit. throw out some pros and cons of either skis. keep in mind that ill be skiing alot of powder [not so much pipe] and i weigh 155 and am 6 ft agressive.

id totally say the pocket rocket..im 5ft 11 175lb and i use the 185...your to choose your size,but seriously,the best thing to do is to find those demos center and try them,then buy the one YOU prefer...id definetely buy the PR.

Well, since i am sponsored by rossi, and i think pocket-rocket is sponsored by salomon, then i must say go for the scratch bc. Pocket rocket is sweet, but if your a more aggressive skier, then go for the stiffer ski, aka, the scratch bc.

HaHa! No Competition. You will be much happier with the stiffer ski. Slant sidewalls, THC Core, better ski all around.

i havent gotten them yet, but everyone that i have talked to that have rode pocket rockets say they are the best and all of the people that havent rode them say they suck and are too soft.

 
Skied both, liked both. i think pockets are a bit better if you wanna vebture into the gromed parks a bit, but if ur a true backcountry jibber, scratch ur itch .

 
Ok personal opinion......

The Salomon Pocket Rocket, can be like a wet noodle, you say your only 155 but aggressive, you might over flex the ski. It is wider and lighter.

The ScratcH Bc, def stiffer, but weighs more.

They are both really good skis, If I was you I might go Rocket. Just because I like a lighter weight ski for hiking with. The reason I would go with the ScratcH is for better stiffness.

Pocket rockets and scratch bc's are the exact same width, and the pocket rocket weighs like 2030 grahms, while the scratch bc is only 2070.

the pocket rockets are the better ski hands down, they are a lot lighter then you think, and the flex isn't that bad at all

 
You know you should just buy both, then you can't complain about anything, because between the 2 of them u would have a perfect ski.
