Salomon people....

Any one delt with the "hook-up"(dont kno, dont ask)

Whats their deal with cust service? i cant get them to respond to any of my emails.. and solly corp out in oregon says you cant talk to them, its like they are a totally sep company.

and do they usally give you seconds?

Thanks

I go through Canada so it might be different. There may be cosmetic seconds on some of the skis but you will NOT notice. Everything else is exactly like the product sold at retail. I could be wrong about the skis so don't quote me.

Dude, I work in a ski shop, what do you need to know about hook up?

Why do you need to contact their customer service anyways.?? If you have a hook up card you clearly work in a shop and should know all about it... IF not then get with the program...

FYI - the hook up program is basically online shopping... You can't expect somebody on the other end to be in touch with you right away...

Send the email and be patient... or just get in touch with you rep, they'll help you out.

The few times I've dealt with the Hookup people they responded within 2 buisness days, so if you asked friday at 5 then they probablly wont see it till monday morning. I had a question about some bindings I got and also I asked for some posters for my dorm room. they were really cool for both and it didnt take long to respond. I also bought 3 jackets and plan on buying some Foils form them as soon as I can score some dough. I have been happy with my purchases and have had no problems that seconds would (no zipper probs or anything, and i dont think they would sell defective bindings.) Anyway, just be patient and try using a different email account to email them, or check oyur junk email. I was always happy with my purchases from the hookup, so you should be too.
