These are the first of the Jib Academy stops that will be coming your way this winter

more stops will be announced soon

Appalachian Mtn, North Carolina! Saturday, Feb.23rd

Spirit Mtn, Minnesota Saturday, March 1st

Sno Mtn, Pennsylvania Saturday, March 8th

Because you guys don't need competitions as an excuse for your mountain with a 30" base to make a semi-legit setup?

are there any requirements as far as what kind of course is built? its not that i dont have faith in sno mtn to put on a sick venue, but for real...its the poconos.

i dont think there are requirments

but they are gonna have some pro's at all the stops so the resorts are gonna try to put the best shit possible up

Last year at Waterville (16 and Under BTW) they divided them into groups and everyone sessioned and rode together on everything available. Waterville was sick because it had a rope tow for the park. Yeah I really hope that Sno doesn't blow it with crappy jumps. I doubt they realize what they are gettting themselves into, especially if some of the northern kids come down for this.

hopefully they will add a stop in new england so not everybody int he east will head down to sno mountain (or montage as it used to be named but since sno mountain sucks for a name i still call it montage)

Would you Salomon people please send one to France. It would be well apreciated. Des Grands Montets perhaps????

yeah i migh come down from ontario to the PA stop. and you said that they mght screw up the jumps and everything so now im not sure

If you went to waterville last year, there is no way that Sno can build like that. They have time to get it together, I'll be on thier buts to make it right, for what that is worth :)

Tamarack kids should road trip to Hood for the March 29th stop!

Questions or comments??- email jibacademy@salomon-sports.com

Thanks!!!

haha its so sick how there coming to Pennsylavania. Its a 5 hour drive and its on my birthday but its way worth it.

How good do you have to be to go to the Jib Acadamy? I was thinking about the one in MN, but the descriptions sound like stops are more like comps not camps

Mt. Hood Meadows

Appalachian Ski Mtn

Spirit Mtn

Sno Mtn

and the finals in Mammoth

Does anybody know if there's gonna be anymore stops besides these?

how gay, they definetly need to get a stop somewhere in colorado or utah, you know how many skiers there are here?

Shit the closest stop to me is Spirit, and thats still a fucking 8 hour drive from here. I'll still make it up there anyway, should be pretty sweet.
