Salomon foils

i got a pair of salomon foils, and i used em and theyre awsome on pow, but havent used em on park yet, i just took a trip outwest for a couple of days with awsome powder. i live in the east which fucking sucks right now

these skis sound sweet im thinking about getting them. How do they charge and bust up crud? How do they handle certain conditions? What do you like about them?

i really liked mine, a good park ski and they held up really well for me. good in preaty much every thing. i prefered them on jumps.

These are a very soft park oriented ski. Because they are so soft they will chatter a bunch when charging, especially on ice/crud. but when your on hardpack/groomers these things rip. they're very light and easy to spin with, and they hold up well on rails and boxes. I got a pair at the beginning of the seeason and i love mine. i took them out to jackson hole twice, and they seemed to do pretty well in the powder. but then again that was my first time ever skiing powder, so i dont know anything different. i can;t imagine something with a 100/110+ waist. it must be rediculous.

actually they are not that soft. they are meant to be an all mountain twin.

but i take mine everywhere and i love them. they can handle pow, great in the park, and are good for just screwing around in choppy shit.
