salomon doesnt progress the sport. Have you seen X. You must have seen the several salomon ads. without salomon X would be much worse

Salamon hasn't progressed the sport? do you see the 'core' companies throwing crazy amounts of money at ski comps and sponsoring all the movies we all love...ahhn no. who gives a fuck what other ppl think, Salomon started this sport, if it wasn't for them you'd all be LINE snowblades......buy whatever you think YOU like best

ok, solomon did progress the sport at one time with the original 1080's but then it went all down hill from there.

^ thank you. Throwing money at companies with ads and sponserships is not 'progression' to the sport. Its just that they have money to spend and they do it.

Without that money competitions wouldn't happen, and for all its worth there wouldn't have been Philou Poirier and Tj Schiller performances to put them on the map...everything requires money these days. Sponsors pay for heli-trips, which costs a lot. I'm sure the majority of pro skiers couldn't afford more than one heli trip a season without sponsorships.

money isnt progression. Progression is new things in the sport , keeping in movin and not just sayin a we have done enough were good where were at. Money is nice but it isnt progression.

nothin new in em sence 'space frame' if u like the idea of a system ski go with the salomon , if u like an easier ollie go with the armada (and swing weight on armadas better too)

i like how when saloman gets mention the accual question someone wanted answered doesnt get answered until somone like me comes along.

salomons core is foam. it packs out after about 20 days of hard riding and becomes softer than old line skis(and believe me that is soft). ar5's have a stiff wood core that is stiff. hence the ar5's r stiffer than salomons
