well if both edges have been replaced, it doesnt sound like the skis are holding up all that well.
 
wow are you people being serious. i said they have been skied 6 days. meaning six days since the edge was replaced. and they are holding up fine. meaning that i have not had a problem with them over the 6 day period that i skied these.
 
buddy nobody even asked a question except nomensteven. and the kid that just asked about the why the edges were ripped out. and i answered nomenstevens through pm.
 
ok i did only have the skis for about 9 days i did the work and skied them for 6. i bought them off someone with the edges ripped out. you people are acting like im asking for a ton of money for these. i didnt even post a price.
 
i dont understand why u are being so gay. people want to know what they are buying/ a little bit of backround...its a pretty dick move to hold information from potential buyers...just so u know...
 
i told people that i replaced the edge. thats not keeping anything from anyone. if someone has a question the could possibly ask it. i cant read minds.
 
all the people that are arguing with the kid who owns the trouble makers, u all are a bunch of dumbass's he told u what was wrong with them and i have skied with the kid who owns them and he did a good ....ing job on fixing them so stop bitching at him...
 
those edges look brutal, but it is wierd that you don't see the edge reinforment on the edgees that weren't ripped out.
 
I agree with the guy selling the skis...how did you people not understand his description. It was very clear you all need to get smarter....free bump and TMs are sweet
 
okay, so for everybody's sake, I will actually ask a question

Why were the edges messed up in the first place. Also, why do the non-messed up edges not have the reinforcement that all of this year's trouble makers normally come with?
 
I bought these off someone with the edges ripped out. as i stated before. i do not know how, who, what, where, when or why the edges were ripped out. i do not know about the reinforced edges either.
 
You stated you did the work on them, can you describe exactly what you did so i know how long i can expect these skis to last ?
 
i cut the edge to fit in the space. i than put down a layer of some kind of glue. then i tacked the edge with small nails. every 3 spaces. i then grinded the heads down a little. i then put ptex on the spot that the base was missing.
 
This seller sounds legit to me, it seems all you people are just very dense. He bought them used with the edge damage already done, replaced the edge, and has skied them 6 days since the repairs were done, and in those 6 days, he hasn't had any problems with them. Very simple. Bump for this guy, I feel bad for him, all you guys are giving him shit like he's trying to be shady, when he clearly said they had edge damage and replacement done.
 
That insulator looks pretty dope, but could you take a different picture or something, or is it really that hot pink color?
 
But in his inital post, he never said that he bought them used. In my mind, i thought that he had skied on them for 6 days total and the edge ripped out in the said 6 days. But now from my understanding, he bought them used for an unknown (to us) number of days and then replaced the edge.

All guessing though
 
guy backed out so i took them out and used them for urban. i took the pieces of edge out. if anyone wants them for urban ill let them go for 60$ shipped
