whatever man, i'm jokin around. tastes are personnal. i find that tgr as something authentic, they seem more real then all the gettho, pimp, money vibe that is in the ski industry
TGR is alright, although i do agree witht he paparazzi comment. S2C looked like someone had been hiding in the woods filming for at least some of those segments.TGR has always been more about the big mountain stuff anyway. on another note, The Front Line is the best ski movie to date. morrisons segment is amazing.
is it just me or does TGR not have any idea how to film in sunlight? the color always looks so faded compared to PBP and MSP. and you think with their million dollar budget they could afford to use a system that can dub their songs on nice and clean. but yeah they do always seem like an underachieving waste of sponsor dollars.
I really like TGR's big mountain stuff, but i don't like their jibflicks.

Subject to change was horrible in my opinion, it seemed like it was not showcasing anything, i dont no.. i just got board of it, minf the addiction is the only other tgr film iv seen, and i liked it much more then subject to change, but i like other companys more, peace
Once again my friends...My game the shlong, king kong,my bong, the krong and all my fucking hommies its on
It seems like TGR doesn't know a lot of the skiers that well. A lot of there footage isn't that original except for the colloins brothers segments while the rest is shot were anybody could film
TGR is tha shit, just like the rest of the film companies out there. They're in it for the soul of skiing. If there was no 'jib' movie alot of skiers wouldn't get the play they deserve. It's cool that your sponsor doesn't have to kick down a certain amount of money to get the last, first or whatever segment in their movie. I'm sure a large handful of the pros you look up to or are reading this, are chomping to see their new movies. People have to learn the more players in this game the better off we'll all be. If we waste our time squabbling like immature little kids, amongst ourselves, what little industry money our movement is getting, will be given to the more mature side of skiing; racing......
well i like tgr movies, i agree there jib movies dont compare with pbp or something but i always think there big mountain movie is the best of the year. Anyways i like the trailer, the editing was good and i like the song.
there big mountain is only comparable with matchstick because they are big budget and can afford that shit. their jib movies are not that great. i feel like they saw where everything was heading towards jibbing so they tried to maked a jib film to compare to pbp, jibtech, level1, and shit. i dont think they capture the soul of jib at all
TGR is king in jackson, but i agree that trailer sucked. I bet salad days as a whole is pretty good. The prophecy was fucking amazing. It was showcasing some of the madest shit ever. TGR makes damn good shit. I'll stand behind them. They definitely think the air is where it is at, their rail shit has always been under par. It is just the way they like to make movies. Seriosly, though go watch the prophecy and you will have mad respect for them.
I've only seen MTA and I'm seeing the Prophecy on Friday. I like TGR, but they lack they style I like, which isn't a downfall because plenty of others really like it. Sometimes I just can't get into MTA, not enough flow in between segments, and just kinda blah. But I have to say that the deep powder scene is absolutely disgusting.

The prophecy has mostly skiing and some snowboarding. It is alot of big mountain and big mountain jibbing, there is a good amount of regular jibbing though. The editing is awesome, the got a new guy. They even bring back scott schmit and sick rick armstrong. Great music too. You will enjoy
i have propaganda and subject to change and i like them about the same. propaganda has better film quality and better music. Subject to change has big moutain though. thats what i watch when im on the tv in my car on the way up to the mountain on the powder days. it gets me pumped
