we are going to be having a little session on sunday, build something, drink a few beers. anyone welcome to come.

there is actually a lot of snow up there right now. We ended up just hitting this skate rail these kids brought up... there is also a pretty legit cornice drop, and some good rock gaps for kickers. I dont know its a good time for the summer I guess.

I took and left a pvc pipe that is about 12ft long maybe 15 but im going again tomorrow and Sunday and may or may not take it back, with all the people that go up there for the scenery I am leaning against leaving it up there, but I want to stash it and ill leave the location for others

and that cornice drop is pretty sketchy... check it out first for sure

i was just up there actually there was a pvc rail kinda sketch and an up rail also sketch but fun. i ended up just doin some cliff diving it was prime. sucks that the water was cold though

Have any of you guys had a problem with the parking there? I know they have signs on the main road about getting towed and ive never had a problem. Also they put in a stupid pay lot and Ive never had a problem with that either, but I wonder if anyone on here has? Just wondering...

Yeah the parking is kind of ridiculous. I was up there 3 weeks ago and a cop left us a red tag warning ticket thing. This one hippy guy bought the land a few years ago and started charging people to park in that lot which sucks for all of us, but cool for him to make some cash on the weekends...i guess.

by hippies do you mean the Coors family? cause there son bought/opened Eclipse Snow Park and they were denied permission for a lift (the towers are still there) so I am sure they are trying to piss off the community since their investment was rejected.

Parking problems and hiking problems can be solved by taking the back way (assuming you have 4wd). Gets you up way closer too!

i've been there at the same time as a cop and he said its all good as long as you are all the way off the road and not in front of a no parking sign, there is a lot of parking in a little dirt lot past the trailhead a little bit
