Did you actually see those or did you just see them in the photo? Because the green line looks like an overloaded CCD and the white blob looks like lens flare.

Well, i might as well never watch a youtube video again, that was the most badass thing of my life, past and futre.

those pics where you mention 15 feet sea's isn't an example of those sea's but rather just a nice horizon you wanted to take a picture of right?

right?

Nope those are 7 feet. Waves don't come out good on camera unless there 20 +. How we measure is the cockpit is 4 to 5 feet off the water . I'm 5'6 so if the waves are over my head it's around ten feet. The waves were around 15 because they were over the top of the radar.

Used to sail a bit with my dad; we actually participated in the Norwegian championship for BB11 (Norwegian wooden sailboat) and finished 35 out of 46 /claim!

Havent sailed in a while though, as it became too much of a hassle to keep the boat in shape. Definitely miss it - its one of the best feelings to go sailing on a sunny day!

I grew up sailing and racing all the time in halifax. Really probably my next favorite thing to skiing. Sailed on a fair amount of different boats, normally i was racing on a benateau first 36.7. Ive since moved to whistler, havent gotten out on the water yet here, but im dying to get out there....must make friends with rich vancouver folk...

I don't do a huge amount of sailing, but have fun whenever I'm on the water.

My Mum's fiancé has:

24' and gets a decent amount of speed when in full sail.

16' and when the wind is coming off shore it's stupidly quick and a lot more fun than the 24' cruiser.

i live on a lake and have a C Scow, also used to race 420s but now i'm in track and cross country and i don't want to dedicate my summers to racing. sailing is super fun though

scows are so much fun

except when your camper flips the nicest one at the camp you work at haha

I thought you were going to say your Mum's fiance owns a Mumm 30... I was disappointed. Still a good looking vessel though.

always talked about getting one when i was younger. they look like so much fun. why do you ask, have you sailed one?
