Saggy Pants

bib pants, buy sime, i love them :D, if you cant afford that shit dont worry! just make a bib yourself

all you need is:

1. a shoelace

2. lots and lots of ducktape

as long as you dont mind messing up your pants i would actually go for it, just make sure no one will be able to see it when your skiing, you'll get a lot of questions

Now I obviously have some vested interest in saying that ducktape and shoelace suspenders are bad, but I still don't understand why you would buy a bunch of ski gear from the 1000-3000$ range, and then not decide to spend 10-30$ on a belt or suspenders which saves you quite a bit a hassle over duck taping your pants or fidgeting around with shoelaces and work much better.

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they work, but I don't why you'd potentially mess up your pants or use a diy option when the other options are so much better in terms of usability and aren't really that much money, especially compared to other pieces of kit I see people on here buy. I've gone on this rant many times before, but I still don't get it.

personally i dont spend very much on outerwear at all. i have plenty of ways to get ski stuff, and making shoelace suspenders is incredibly easy. it doesn't mess up your pants, it's comfortable and it works flawlessly if youre even moderately resourceful. that's why people do it.

tie strings from your belt to the beltloops in your pants. wear belt as you normally would. pants sit lower. win.
