Sagaouterwear muck up?

okay so like two weeks ago i ordered a saga suit, scuba.too jacket and eggnog pants.

I live in NZ so the shipping was 65 USD.

A week later my gear came and I was stoked.

Anyway, just this morning, my parents woke me up saying that the courier was here for me again.

I opened the box and it was from saga, with a scuba.too jacket and eggnog pants. Identical gear to my lastpackage.

I KNOW i didnt pay for the gear twice cause my visa hasnt been changed.

on the front of the box #1 it says: insured for $100

on the front of the box #2 it says: insured for $200

which makes me think that they originally planned to send the jacket in one box and pants in the other.

So what should I do.

definitly contact them and tell them what happened, maybe a little good karma will come your way and saga will reward you with something for your honesty, Ive seen this same situation happen before.

keep bothsell extra next year when people realize that next years looks like a bunch of 80's jumpsuits they will see this anyway so you dont really need to contact them but they should let you keep both or have some kind of reward

Definitely contact them. i ordered my pants a week ago and they havent come yet but hopefully theyll be here tomarrow

and im sure saga will hook you up with a lil somthin for beein an honest guy

If you're the honest type:

Phone them up, if they want you to return them have them send a shipping label so you don't get screwed for shipping, again.

If you're not:

Do nothing.

i would be really hard to consciously send back saga. i probly would end up being a dick and keepin it cuz my saga is the shit and i could go for doubles

So I just emailed them back.

Jacket is large

Pant is medium

I am 173cm (5"10' or something) and they are HUGE but they are big.

send it back!!!! i ordered saga scuba jacket in a large last week and the day i ordered it they called me and told me they just shipped their last one.

pm them on here or call them
they will probably let you keep or do something nice for you. they are a legit brand

So Just updating the situation, I sent them an email to one of there email addresses and then about 10 days later with no reply I sent a PM to SAGA, Was given another email address to get in touch with, Emailled them and about a week later with still no reply I PMed SAGA again on here, they gave me three email addresses to try and Finally got a reply today saying:

"Just sell the extra gear to somebody who could use a good deal on some gear. It seems like someone on newschoolers would be stoked and you can just keep the money. Its our mistake so maybe a couple of people can benefit from it... Saga"

Super Legit company, Now I believe my Brother wants dibs on the Jacket, but the pants are up for sale in this case. offers?

See Thats not a bad offer but like, I live in New Zealand, I would have no idea how to trade with someone in america.

Nah bo, We only just got this thing called internet the other day, and my Dad said they may invent a telephone that You can hold in one hand. Sheesh.

Of course we have shipping, but it would be pretty expensive. It cost $65 USD to get the gear out here.

We have our own companies like Courierpost and stuff like that, but That cost wouldbe passed on, I just think itd be easier to sell on A New Zealand-like eBay (trademe) or to a NZ Newschoolers member

i do alot of trading on here dude... its easy az! chuck them up on here for a good price and people will go for them... for shipping, its not different sending a package to america than it is within nz... just take it to the post office, write the adress and away she goes... its cheeper for us to send to usa than it is for them to ship to us, because they have to do ups which rips people off... i would guess it would cost 20-40 nzd max! which is only 10 or so usd!

Ahh, I think I did mention above that the jacket was probably not for sale on here, but thanks for the offer.

Aight Pants are still up for sale, preferably to a New Zealand or maybe Australian. Dont give cheap offers, And when you offer, quote in NZD or USD only.

I'd be willing to sell the whole set up for about $500-$600 NZD ($315USD = $640NZD [The cost of me getting the first set)
