Honestly this is getting kind of redicolous. You dont reply to emails. You dont pick up your phone. You dont reply to phone messages. You dont keep us updated.

I ordered my pants in December, i have nothing. All i want is to get my pants before camp. Please reply to my emails or send me my pants.
 
Austin i am gonna come and find your ass at camp, why cant you guys at least check your email.
 
i think i read in one thread that their product was held up at customs at the border...i dont know how valid that is but i remember reading it i think.

 
I dropped my preorder around march.

Really disappointed with saga, definitely the new ninthward of clothing.

I wanted that suit so bad too :(
 
such a sick company, so much controversy...it sucks how NO one has gotten their gear - you all already paid?
 
honestly the black and white anomie suit was the sickest thing in the planet. then saga just got hyped up all summer about next years stuff and i think a lot of ppl decided before the 07 shit came out that they were gonna buy it cause saga was "cool". imo the 07 shit is the ugliest outerwear i have ever seen.

saga doesnt seem that legit. if your looking for pants, guys check out DC. like DC shoes. they make some sick pants and they fit great + there shit is cheap. check it.
 
Its their first year running a company. sure its dissapointing but i think they had some big problems this year. I know for a fact theyre trying to make things right...my buddy who ordered a pair of pants was down in pc and he met up with Austin who gave him his personal pair of pants used like 2 times.
 
yes i know, i know Austin and realize that they are having problems. that why my order is still in and I believe they will eventually make things right. however, that doesnt mean they can go on ignoring emails and phone calls.
 
Being a new company is no excuse, especially if they've taken people's money. Waiting for people to track them down in person to get their stuff is not "making things right" either.
 
Yea I'm in the same boat, just give it time, small companies will always have little detail problems
 
i agree. having to track austin down just so he can finally give you his already used outerwear is def. not "making things right". thats the gayest thing ive heard of a company doing.
 
i agree as well, being a new company doenst mean you dont have the time to respond to people, and let everyone who has given you money already a reason for the delay
 
well when their entire stock of outerwear is held up in customs, there's not much else they can do, huh? what other company's owner would do that for a customer, and it wasn't "tracking down", it was more like they met up in PC when ryan (the customer) was there on a trip. austin gave him his own clothes, and i believe he doesn't even have any of his own company's clothes to wear now. sure the fact that kids haven't gotten it is pretty wack, but i'm rather sure the customers were offered a refund if they wanted it, or they could hold out and wait for the whole ordeal to be taken care of. and i believe both the owners are off the radar at the moment (govy and school?) so contact is a problem.

saga is legit...no need for hate.
 
i feel like advertising a very expensive product, receiving orders, and then not actually having anything to sell is more than a little detail problem.
 
...cause they never offered their customers refunds if they didn't want to wait when problems arose or anything.
 
Oh, and to everyone who is saying "Stop hating, Saga is sick! It's not their fault!", Shut up. It is their fault. Yes, their shit got help up at customs, for how long? Less than a week. And that was in January. They are being shady as fuck, not hooking customers up, and aren't doing shit about it except waiting for it to sort itself out.
 
that happens quite often with outerwear stuff

holden ships stuff from Canada and they got held up at the border because you can only import so many pants to the US

so they took them all back and threw on some bibs or something and all the shops just cut off the bibs
 
i shot with tim and kyler this year, both of whom had the new saga gear. i dig the colors and cut.

if you were on the east coast and ordered the gear, don't worry, you didn't ski that much this year anyway. if you were in cali, don't worry you didn't ski much there too. if you were in utah, don't sweat it, you would have fallin' in the dirt and turned the saga into a poopy. if you were in oregon or washington, them i really feel for ya, cause we had a great year and the new saga gear would have looked dope in the pow.

and so the saga continues.
 
What have they done to prove themselves 'legit' in any way? They haven't done shit for anyone as of yet, all they are is a concept which people have given money to.
 
dude that sucks, the least they coulda done was emailed you, that takes like two seconds. i hope you do get your pants soon though, cause their stuff is sick
 
i don't want to even get into it since i don't have much knowledge...but austin and andy are the shit and they had a HUGE setback this year and all you kids are being fuckin douchebags about it. they offered refunds because of their setback, what else could they do? get off it.
 
yo you are taking it the wrong way. I know Austin and rrealize that their company is sick and that they are good guys trying to make it work. Thats why i still have my money in them. What i fail to understand is why, when they should be doing everything in their power to please their customers, they fail to respond to emails or phone messages, or give us any updates for months?
 
that was what I was pissed about, it's not that they are not a good company with good people, they just aren't responding to anything
 
i know why you're angry, i was just replying to that one dude...i really don't know why they wouldn't respond as of like 2 months ago, but i know currently austin is in hood where internet is not abundant apparently, so there could lie your troubles. i hate hearing about this kinda stuff cause their gear is so rad...but good luck bro.
 
Not exactly sure where you got your info from...but they STILL dont have their shit! Its STILL in customs. All their riders got one suit from the samples at the beginning of the year...the owners dont even have shit to wear. Those guys stress over this so hard and none of you guys have any idea how much work they have put into this and how little they can actually do. If you dont have the patience to wait for a legit product than you can get a refund..plenty of kids have done it. If you support the company and what they are trying so hard to do then wait it out.
 
what I don't understand is how something like that can be in customs for so long. My parents buy shit loads of stuff from Japan, Europe, South America etc.. in huge quantities all the time, and it has never taken this long... so I wanna know what the real deal is.
