Saga Wormth?

i think that someone that works there ass off for Saga saw one post too many of untrue representaions and had to finally put an end to one of them.

badassness, inmature, whiney, customer call outs, company call outs, worms, emotion, indecisive, lies, truths, questionable actions, laughter, tears, slander, roses, this thread has it all. excuse me while i go do something productive.

dude it looks like they tryed to help you as best they could if it was me and you changed your order that many time i would say fuck it and just not let you.. make up your mind before you buy your shit, and also dont talk shit about the company trying to help you..

SAGA= LEGIT

MURPHY4753= NEED TO MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT

funny thing about this is that it seems his original order was large then he went back and forth with colors and sizes.

now that his XL was too big he wants to trade it.

I think the saga had the right to defend itself, even to go as far as posting an email conversation.....

HOWEVER, they didn't even xxxxxx out email addresses or names? Bad form indeed. If they had done at least that much I'm sure no one would have commented. Lesson learned on both sides I guess.

I'm with aaron on this one. Those of you arguing that saga has a right to defend themselves do not understand that a company cannot behave in the same manner as an individual. While murphy can make all the comments he wants (even if he does come off as an idiot), saga cannot. The reason is that murphy is only representing himself, while the name "saga" represents an entire business, which is subject to much more stringent behavioral guidelines than an individual. The proper solution, as aaron stated, would have been to privately contact murphy and sort out the issue in this fashion. Murphy could then have posted an apology for falsely sullying saga's name.
Nevertheless, I think saga's outerwear is some of the most swagged out shit on the market, and they seem to have done a much better job organizing their shipping procedure this year and I cannot WAIT to get my varcity pants in XL! ..or maybe I should switch to large?... Anyone know how the lobster color looks in the light?..

How does it feel to be the star? You are clearly the uninformed know it-all who bangs the only overweight hermaphrodite on the show.

i love the company, i even own a piece of their outerwear.

it's just that there is no excuse for this type of behavior.

justify posting a private email exchange and show me that this was the most professional way to handle a situation like this and i will recant everything i have said.

Smuggs has already done this about 47 times.

Are you a professor at Harvard on business etiquette protocol? A well established lawyer? Or are you just a goomba with too much time on your hands that "thinks" you know what you are talking about? Time to drop it, kid.

I don't know where this is coming from, I've had only excellent service from them and little less. Exchanging my shorts was super easy, and they called me to make sure I got my jacket.

Also always throw in fair number of stickers, which is what we really want.

Lol at this thread but ill share my experience with saga.

Full Suit (3 years ago)- After order they sent me a hand written email saying thanks for ordering ect. ect.

-I then had to return it because it was to big. Exceptionally quick response (must have been already been looking at their email cuz it was like minutes) and they offered to pay for the shipping on the way back along with the new suit... Crisp.

Board Shorts (Last Year)- order confirmation along with details about when it would be shipped (2 different emails). Shipping confirmation when they were shipped.

Suit (Last Thursday)- Sent an email because i clicked the wrong things and shamefully had to change the order. So sent an email (to all three of their emails) friday night and didn't get a response (probably because they weren't in the offices during the weekends). So i called monday afternoon and left a message and then they called back monday night and we got everything straightened out.

Now my view on sagas post.... Very immature. Not for posting the emails (prick deserved it) but they didnt respond to the op.

i'm going to answer the question. Saga jackets arn't that warm. They are a SHELL not an INSULATED SHELL. Deff. rock something underneath it. Don't go out to lets say (Jackson Hole) and rock it solo. I live in WY and I wear a flannel and a poly pro t or long sleeve underneath my jacket. Sometimes a thicker hoodie on days when the wind is blowing chairs off the lifts.

Might I suggest

xl Saga jkt with

4xl jibiresh flannel?

with an xl saga thermal

did saga ever notify anyone about the changes to the design of the smoke and mirrors vest? i was a bit disappointed to open my package to see it was not the same colour as advertised. no hate intended simply a question for others who bought the same vest.

My bluegoo vest was very worm in the rain on Sunday. My Jiberish cotton hoodie beneath, not so water proof.....
