I got the presale Anomie, and it's the best piece of ski apparel I've ever owned. Skied in pouring rain and I was dry and warm. Plus the fabric is really tough, I walked with my skiboots on the tarmac and the cuffs were stepped on all the time and it was only one small scruff..

You apparently do not live anywhere near precipitation. If you did, you would realize that waterproofing is very important to quality of skiing, and thus an important part of outerwear.

it's not exacly like that and I know that man. Besides avalaan's next year gear will have 10.000 waterproofing in some kind of jackets and pants etc. so It's preety cool. the puffy jacket called SUMO is also 5000 but it's sooo well made. The quality is really good
