Boys I’ve been around a lot longer than both of you and ordered a lot of saga presales
The initial ship date was realeased as 15th November. It then got pushed back to 15th December. This is the first time in a while there has been such a significant delay. Now for a lot of people they won’t get their presents in time for Christmas, or worse, their presents in time for their trip, which is why I’m annoyed.
Saga in the past used to be on here daily keeping everyone updated with dates and photos of containers arriving and shit but this year the support has been lacking.
If people don’t get their gear in time for their skiing trips can you imagine wanting to purchase anything from saga in the future? Because I definitely can’t see that happening.

I ordered stuff in the UK and got this from them on the 21st of November. It goes some way to explaining what's going on.

• Over the past few months we've been relocating our warehousing and shipping operations. With our two new warehouse locations we can offer you cheaper and faster shipping services. We are quickly working through any delays and will have our new operations running smoothly in no time.
• As the current trade situation between the US and foreign countries has become shaky we are seeing an increase of crowding at the ports. Because so many companies are hurrying to export their goods before anything more changes there have been delays getting our products out.
Currently we are anticipating receiving and shipping by mid December. We will continue to keep our pre-order page updated as we receive updates. If you have any further questions regarding your order please contact our customer service team.

I have worked in logistics.
The point is they kept saying nov 15 knowing that their boat had not left china, now they’re still saying Dec 15 and fair enough that might be the case, but if it’s delayed until January then they will have been saying Dec 15 this whole time with their container still in China.

I got an email around noon today saying they began shipping all pre-orders last week. Any one get their stuff yet?
