Saga Quality

my 11/12 slims are holding up really well, the outer material is really resistant, i assume its only gotten better from then

bought a 2014 anomie, within 2 weeks, sipper melted and i had ot have it replace, hole in the pocket, and all the zipper ends are fraying.. i love saga, but wtf

The cuffs on my on deck from a couple years ago are falling off, and the strap on my snap back came out after wearing it for a couple days. Also my friend got a brand new anomie from last season and the cuff on his fell off after two days use. But then again ive got anomie pants, monarch pants, a few pullovers, and the mittens which are all phenomenal.

Who puts their keys in a knee pocket?

I've had a fatigue suit from last year, which held out amazing. Little bit of loose stitching on a pocket, but it's not like it's the first time I've ever had that happen with a coat, or anything really.

This years Monarch jacket is purely amazing. Haven't had any issues at all, it's holding up great. Same with the Monarch pants, little hole in a pocket I split into the size of my pinky, but I can fix it.

Also have their Puffy vest combo this year. I love the vest, I can see it holding out forever, same goes with the shell that came with it.

As for tees/hoodies/shells, can't complain. Some of the screen print stuff has faded on some of the logo tees, but that comes with use.

Still would strongly suggest Saga to people out there. I feel with this years line, they're really finding there place with materials, production, quality, and fit. Keep it up!

I have some anomie 3L from last year, easily the most durable pants I've had. Caught them on rails, fallen on asphalt with them, nothing. I also have some 2L anomie pants from this year I got as a gift, so far zero issues (fingers crossed). I also have a saga pullover from last season, I think a bit of stitching has come loose between the lower stretchy waistband part and the actual hoodie, from falling on that side a whole bunch, but all things considered that's nothing.

Also just happened recently on my fatigue, the seam on the bottom right pocket ripped, so now I have a "extra" pocket. Little bummed on that considering i just got it before Christmas.

Pretty bumbed from this years stuff, i love the fit/ look but i have the anomie pants and they get wet super easily, the pocket is ripped, and my fatigue jack is starting to rip in the pocket too....my anomie from a few years ago was way better. Most likely not buying any more saga

Its always disappointing to read some these stories. The guys on our team ski 6+ days a week and don't have half of these problems.

I left my vest in my car last night and it was suuuper cold (-13F) and when I took it out, the logo on the back cracked in a few spots with just slight movement. I kind of expected it to happen after a while because I wear it all the time in temps that I was warned it would crack, so I'm just kind of bummed that's all. I could tell after handling the jacket a little that the logo was pretty much solid after being so cold, it didn't flex barely at all without cracking.

Overall though, I am really happy with my saga, I have fallen off of boulders on hikes and been snagged by trees in it and it is holding up great.

I love all my saga gear quality and fit are great. Just normal wear and tear on my stuff but no manufacturer errors.

My 12/13 Anomie button snaps rattle like crazy when not buttoned up. Other thank that, It holds up well in rain and wet snow. I wear a 11/12 ON Deck when not skiing and it has held up well. Not great for skiing though- the material absorbs snow and rain. Cold eastern Canadian nights I wear a Orage B-dog which is hands above Saga quality to be honest.

I would guess most these kids don't take care of their stuff.

I have some pants from 08/09 that have over 250 days on them. Only issue was a blown crotch after 200 days and was my fault.

Have a monarch suit and the quality is pretty damn good. It's not Arcteryx, but it's also not $1000 for a suit

This is the reason why I'll continue to buy saga. Even after reading all the defects in the thread, their customer service is on point, better the any brand I've dealt with so far. And the way I see it, if I'm going to be throwing my body off of jumps and onto metal rails, I'm almost expecting my trashed up a little no matter how well it's made.

I don't really like the fit of their jackets, and the shutouts cuffs stitching is wack (mine always opened at the seam without me really doing anything to em other than normal wear).

But their pants are on point. I have a pair of anomie pants and they're comfy, warm, and heavyweight which I love. They haven't ripped or anything and I'm on season two for em.

yep, ive ripped the crotch on both of my saga pants...but i also sag the mother fuck out of them so they tend to be stretched more when i spread out my legs than usual. oh well, worth it.

my fatigues have gone to shit after 2 years of hard riding, but thats 2 years longer then any other pants i have had. needless to say im buying another pair.
