Saga problems?

Has anyone had any issues with ordering from Saga? or the customer service, if so put your story here. Recently they messed up my order (which was my first order from saga). Just curious.
 
I have a friend who ordered an out of stock item, and they charged him and sent him the shipping confirmation but then sent him an email saying the item was out of stock In that size but if he would like they could give him the next size up, and he said sure, but by the time that happened the next size up was gone as well, and they still have his money.
 
I've bought a bunch of shit form them and their usually pretty damn good about returns/customer service etc. I've even emailed them recently about the SICK deal I snagged on some anomie pants ($80) and they got back to me within ten minutes.
 
I feel like I always see negative shit about them on here like this. But that being said they always address it and make up for it.
 
i am said friend, and i have to admit i was pretty irritated. however, they have since corrected the issue and have proved that their customer service is the bomb. you should email them and talked to them. we got it all figured out and im super stoked on it
 
I've had great customer service from them every time I've dealt with them. Returns and exchanges have always gone very smooth. Gave me a 40% off coupon for a broken zipper out of warranty. Loyal customer.
 
they are seriously good at service, they even let lots of guys return sale items even the fast food sale items, which they state are *no returns* so you can tell they really go out of their own way to make it happen for customers.

try PMing them here .. they might even answer to the thread.. its like they search for issues to resolve
 
I just got word from Saga that ontop of fucking my order up they are sold out of the jacket I ordered now. So great. I am seriously pissed about this.

saga has great customer service, they just helped me out with my order and everything went really well
 
i'm not disappointed in the costumer service at all, i've just had to wait 3 weeks because of UPS shipping my damn jacket all over the US instead of straight to me.. From Utah to NY, and I'm in MN. i give up haha, atleast it's here now
 
I got a "shipping confirmation" email from saga on monday that said that my order was being prepared for shipping. Does this mean my order has been shipped? I still haven't got an email from UPS with a tracking number.
 
it probably means it is being filled/it is boxed up but they haven't printed a shipping label for it yet just wait another day or two.

I ordered pants from the 60% off sale they got here in a week and I live in Florida, absolutely no problems. I think when shit gets backed up at their warehouse/you order alot of stuff at one time its hard to keep all that straight on their end. They only have a couple guys that work to ship stuff out and they are a small company. Order early and BE PATIENT. Hopefully next season they add a few employees to their customer service and shipping dept
 
yeah I ordered from the 60% off sale too (last friday). Not a big deal though. I realize they got a lot of orders from the sale, I'm just hoping they ship soon because shipping to Canada can take long enough
 
it seems like they fuck up quite a bit but then it gets fixed and they hook you up with a bunch of goodies necktubes and beanies and such and everyone is happy
 
My brother won free suspenders in one of their facebook contests and Saga pretty much ignored his messages and emails and he never got his suspenders.
 
I once sent them an email probably 4 hours after ordering something to please cancel it. They waited 2 days until it shipped, and then emailed me saying there was nothing they could do.
