SAGA problems.

Let me start this off by saying that I am very angry.

I ordered my large SAGA Pittsburgh snow-pants just over a week ago and with ski season soon to be ending, I was very anxious to receive them and try them out.

They arrived today in the wrong size and model. I was expecting a lot more from a company like this. I hope to have some form of compensation.

Has anyone else had problems like this?
 
Never, and there customer service is bomb. Hows about you just take a deep breath, calm down, and email them. Maybe you'll get a free pair of pants...
 
That's a problem, singular. Any company that ships stuff will make a few mistakes. Talk to them, tell them they made a mistake and do an exchange. What are you retarded?
 
Fair enough. It might be possible to get them totally refunded and you could just pick something else up from a store. Late season deals are probably already in effect. Check out D-structure.
 
they might not exchange them if you bought them during the sale..i can't say i dealt with the best customer service they just kind of gave me the cold shoulder and said sorry we don't take returns or exchanges on sale items
 
Have you contacted them in any way before making a thread?

What do you expect this thread to accomplish?

It's a simple mistake, shoot them an email and they will sort you out quick, just have to be mature about it and realize shit happens.
 
ya i get that....and i wouldn't expect special treatment for my own mistake...but they had no sympathy and didn't seem to want to help me out... they just followed their policy....which does make sense...im just stuck with i jacket i cant even zip up past my chest
 
sucks man, but im sure they're getting swamped with orders right now because everythings on sale. and their bound to make a mistake, they may take a while to respond so wait a little bit and they'll most likly get back to you.
 
a company like what? A small company, owned and run by skiers and snowboarders, each box hand packed by people reading the packing slips? a company of people that, just like you and me, make mistakes?

Back during spring, they shipped me an order for a kid in a different city, they were very apologetic and they let me keep what I got. I made the mistake of contacting the guy who should have got his stuff before Saga got back to me. I ended up shipping the kid his thermal because we talked and he wanted it pretty badly, because they had just ran out of stock. Saga was all like thank you so much... we'll send you something else for free. So I was like wow thats awesome sure, I ordered an xl thermal. They gave me a XXL thermal instead. I was a little pissed off too, but it all works out in the end, I promise.
 
I shot them an email on friday which they responed for my oder number fairly fast. So I sent them my order number and still havn't recieved a reply. I do understand it's the weekend, and that might have something to do with it. Needless to say
