Saga problems

so i ordered saga pants and want to send them back. the only problem is i cant get ahold of the company. has any one ever had this problem? any one have a solution?

That's surprising for a smaller company. They're usually pretty good with customer service. I guess just make sure you have the right number and try calling again. If that doesn't work, send an email to returns@sagaouterwear.com - They're probably just all out shredding haha

You don't need to contact them before sending something back. Just fill out the back of the invoice that was in the package. Or if you threw it away, which you should never do btw, you can write a detailed note and include your order #.
