Saga preorders... i'm getting hacked

bought a suit in december, supposed to get here in january. i got an email every month saying it'd be here in a few weeks... last i heard, at the beginning of april, their stuff was in the US and was "waiting to be cleared by customs..." i've written emails at the beginning of may, still no word back from them. i am thouroughly dissapointed... anyone else by chance get their preorder stuff yet? i actually need someone from saga to talk to me... their phones are always busy or somethin, and they don't return my voice messages. ah, well...
 
pretty sure everyone else is still waiting, which is too bad because there stuff looks quality

haha, just a thought. hope there stuff ships soon, it looks dope on the pros that have it already
 
nobody got anything from what I've heard, big disappointment

i could never get them on the phone either, i had to cancel through email and they take days to respond if they ever do.
 
I preordered a pair of pants in december. got all the same emails. they have not returned my last two emails. I can never reach them by phone. i just want the pants in time for camp. please..
 
man that really sucks. Their stuff is pretty sweet for sure, but wow, missing a whole season waiting on outerwear? That is reason enough for people to avoid buying from them. I will agree that the company is run by good guys, they make a good product, yadda yadda... but if customers can't actually get the product after paying... wowzors
 
yeah they said it would arrive early april, but yeah thats a month ago, they have said their shit is going through customs for more than a month, this sucks, i might have to cancel my order.
 
Their shit looks dope, but you cant call yourself an outerwear company and never even get your shit to the public.....i understand that running a business is probably hard as fuck but come on....dude, get your money back. I cant stand when a company doesnt come through with the product I paid for already. I consider myself a patient person but when it goes beyond a month or two, thats bullshit.
