What do you mean by "reserve orders"?

We don't allow free advertising on here but from my understanding, Saga screwed a lot of people out of their outerwear last season. If this thread is an attempt to help people get their outerwear they were promised last year, I will let it stay up. If this thread is an attempt to advertise, it will be removed.

I do stress the fact that if you don't know, Saga has had serious problems shipping their outerwear in the past and several people did not receive orders.

Amazing how people still stand up for them, nike and shit pay billions for that kind of brand loyalty. they should have just made a 'core' skiing company and sold shit that doesn't exist.

Are you all kidding me? Austin is a cool guy. He got screwed out of his order this year from the factory.. .there was nothing he could do about it, and now he is filing legal action against the production company. It was a freak accident that he is taking steps to resolve, so stop hating. It's like the worst possible thing that could have happened to a company in that stage.

Saga is legit, they didn't screw anyone out of outwerwear... the production company did, and Saga had taken a huge hit.

That's fine and all but the fact of the matter is that people ordered outerwear and did not receive it when promised by Saga. I'm not really interested placing blame but something went awry and people did not receive what they purchased. I am merely telling people what has happened in the past. The company does not exactly have a great track record.

If you ordered k2 skis from Tramdock, and the k2 factory burned down along with all the product, who's fault is it? It's not tramdocks... and that's essentially the situation. Saga designs, but doesn't build, a seperate company does. Saga's track record started when the sold the prototypes, which everyone recieved.

I think it's important to look at all aspects of the situation when you are telling people that customers didn't recieve product. To the best of my knowlege, Saga has been working with everyone to get everything squared away. They are doing their best to fix teh situation that the factory they contracted created.

no one was screwed out of anything, Saga offered refunds due to their issues, and if people did not take that refund then it is their own fault for not receiving it in time. everyone knew shit was happening, it's not like we have an Anthony Bacon on our hands here...

thats a great point. saga did nothing wrong. and being a new company i think they handled the insodent great. they didnt screw anybody out of anything. and it wasnt there fualt at all.

thanks for that... I was farily certain that saga had offered them money, but i didn't want to say it without being sure.

i ordered one of the proto suits and got it fine

when i was emailing them last year about questions they responded quickly and were really helpful. if this customs thing has been resolved im sure youll get your stuff this year.

This is not a post to justify some of the events we have faced over the past several months.

We can assure you that all current orders will be shipped this November. The highest shipping priorities will be placed on the earliest orders.

Thank you for the patience of all our customers. We are going to prove our appreciation to you. We hope to earn your loyalty and understanding once you observe the level our 07/08 Anomie line has reached.

Best,

Saga Outerwear

So what your saying is that we can actually order your product now, without getting screwed and actually getting the gear in a couple weeks?
