Saga Jackets Sizing

Im looking to buy an on deck or shutout jacket and have looked online at the sizing charts and measured it out but i cant get a good idea if a Large or Xtra Large is better for me. Im about 5'5-5'6 and am looking for a baggy jacket but not past my knees.

Let me know if i should go with a large or xtra large
