Saga Gripe

I ordered mine

it was shipped the 22nd January, it should arrive within a 6-10 business days and I leave for Canada in 15 days?

Just hoping it's going to arrive before I leave or I'll be pretty disappointed, but hey I got a sick deal on my stuff so im not too worried

please kind sir, help me! my saga is a day late BECAUSE PEOPLE DONT SHIP ON THE WEEKENDS FML

i had the same problem, my guess is that the USPS was slow processing it..which is what i think happened to me. itll be there when you get back no doubt

i've made an embarrassing amount of orders from saga in the last year, paying through the ass to ship to canada, and my experience has been pretty flawless. takes about a week every time, ships out to LA or San Fran for whatever reason, then jets across to i'm guessing windsor, then up to me lickity split. i never got an expected date of delivery, and i never had to wait long.

just putting it out there that this tiny company run by a handful of people has completely fulfilled all my expectations.

this is singularly the best post on newschoolers since the thread "how to get to chads gap from the bottom of alta"

Im in Canada and I had ordered on Friday with whatever the regular shipping with them is. I got it today. Great service

Bozeman, visiting the college. Thanks for the offer, but I'm just going to hope it gets delivered to my house early in the morning before I go to the airport.

not to add to the shitstorm this thread has brewed up.

but i also took advantage of the 60 sale and ordered minutes after 2 friends of mine. their tracking says they will have theirs by the end of today, mine says not till friday! why another 3 days?!

No hate, I dont NEED it to be here right now, but its dissapointing that i paid 13$ or so for priority shipping and it takes 10 days to get to my house. i dont live in the boonies, and never have had a package take more than the 5-7 business days.

I was kind of upset about the shipping too since I paid $25 for shipping, but my order just got here and they threw in a free black and red drawstring backpack so i'm happy:) Just be patient it's worth the wait!

If you already have a jacket or pants that work fine but want to wear new ones on a trip, quit bitching and wear what you have for the time being. But if you tore them or pulled a Elliott Karafa and ended up on top of a pole I understand. Odds are where you're going no one will know who you are so its not like a total stranger will come up to you and say "holy shit man, didnt you have the anomie pants and now have slims?!?". Some kids have to use outerwear for multiple seasons before they even have enough money for new stuff. be greatful for what you have.

i've paid 40 dollars for shipping to canada no less than 4 times, got nothing more than a die cut each time, and i'm still cool with my dealings with the company.

i was charged $20 for priority shipping and i ordered the second day of the reverse sale. The emails said i was getting my stuff this thursday....

yeah, i ordered during the reverse sale, i'm a little annoyed that it has taken this long to get here (still not here), but whatever, it will be worth it...

no gripes here.

i ordered my stuff on day one of the reverse sale (last monday), got shipping confirmation on wednesday, and my stuff arrived on friday. i thought it was quick and awesome... unfortunately, it was too small, so i had to send it back, it's getting back to saga on wednesday, i'm super hopeful that i'll get my new jacket by friday.

so, i don't really see what you guys are complaining about, but then, that's only one experience...

Thanks for the biography. Thats cool that they came from nowhere, but since they are growing so much they can't just have this huge sale, knowing they are going to be shipping a shitload of gear, and not have the man power to back it up. If they are going to charge their customers for priority shipping, its on them to make sure we get what we payed for. If they want to grow they need to get employees in there that aren't "doing whatever else they want to do". Being a new independent company is no excuse for misleading customers and then not responding to any questions we have.

1. This is my first time dealing with the company, so it has nothing to do with me being embarrassed about not wearing their product

2. I'm not rich. The money for the products I'm purchasing is coming from my pocket from what I have earned through my part time job, the only work I can find for the time being.

3. This is not an issue of me being ungrateful for the things I have, it's having to deal with unfortunate circumstances resulting from the poor service I have received from a clearly overwhelmed company right now.

i got my order, and the slims were missing in the package (i payed for them for sure) what can i do? will they response my mail? help?

Trust me, I honestly don't care a whole lot about what I'm wearing on the ski slopes or what other people think of me. Its not often I have enough money to spend on new ski apparel, and this is the most I have ever spent on a jacket which was around 120 dollars (not a lot). Don't get me wrong, I'm stoked on the deal I got. However, I bought this jacket so that I could bring it on a tip I'm taking and payed for 2-3 day shipping. Even if they waited for the chaos to settle down and sent it USPS last Friday instead of UPS ground when I ordered it, I probably would have had my stuff in time. I have a jacket, but one of the vents doesn't close and the water proofing is no longer to solid. I can deal with my old jacket, but when I payed money for a new one its a shame I won't be able to use it.

yes

I have lost so much respect for Proof Shades. 7 months late on shipping is redic and I am still waiting. Plus to not even respond to my messages is redic...
