is it usual for saga to just not answer emails?

I've been sending two since last sunday and they still didn't respond.

I mean wtf, I got serious question... wheres their potential buyer support?
 
ive had the same problem, cause i am really considering getting a suit, and wanted to know a little more about it before i drop $500 for something ive only seen in a sketch drawing. they may just be swamped with emails from people doing the same thing as us too though
 
I bet they're just swamped with emails because i bought a suit last spring wen they were like 400 and the guy was real nice and sent back all my emails within a day.
 
call them on that number thats on the site. if they dont answer leave a message w/ your number, they'll call back
