I really don't like doing this, but I've been emailing them for over a month now with no reply. I've tried different email addresses just to get some sort of response. I'm a 24yo student, I'm poor as shit. I need my fucking $63.00 back.

So I ordered a sweatshirt, realized it was the wrong size, so I ordered another in a different size. Returned the wrong size in late July.

On July 26th they said my order was "cancelled". I emailed them back to say there must be a misunderstanding, the order already got to me and I've returned it.

Then it turns into 3 unreturned emails.

I sent you an e-mail August 2nd regarding my order being cancelled. I don't really get how it could be cancelled when i already received and returned the item. My account has not been credited yet and it was returned almost a month ago. The amount is $63.00, order #-----. It was a Large Seaside Pullover in Heather.

I did not receive a reply from my previous e-mail. What is the status of crediting my account?

It has been another two weeks and I still haven't received a reply about the status of crediting my account. It has been over a month now since the sweatshirt was returned. I would expect better customer service from you as a company. I support what you guys are doing and love everything I've bought from you in the past, but this is changing my mind. Not returning emails for over a month is unacceptable.

Please credit my account for the $63.00

do you have a tracking number and shipment confirmation email for when you sent your stuff back?
 
Don't see many callouts on a company...especially one as big as Saga, but I'm sure they'll resolve everything and who knows maybe they'll hook you up for the trouble!
 
that sucks ive heard a couple other people with stories like this about saga also. soooo i dont buy saga. orage ftw!

maybe try calling them cause then you can actually talk to someone hope it works out bro
 
i agree. call them. SO much easier.

whenever i have a problem with a company or whatever it is. i call. its just easier. you talk to a real person. and are able to discuss things in ten minutes. instead of 2 weeks via email..

 
ya thats exactly what i was trying to say cause they can ignore a email but cant really ignore a question over the phone
 
thats the problem these days. people are so reliant on technology and secluded from one another. that kids these days dont know how it is to talk to people to figure out problems face-to-face, or verbally. everyone hides in their technological shell.

totally agree even though im kinda one of those kids haha but if i was trying to get my shit back that i paid for i would call
 
ill try and give them a call next week. the point is that they shouldn't be ignoring emails in the first place, there's no excuse, they're a business
 
i'll give you that.

but obviously the emails werent working. so i feel like the next (IMO, shoulda been the first) step would be to call them.
 
this. i had a little trouble with them returning emails when i got the wrong tee shirt, so i just called them. they emailed me the next day. done.
 
From my experience saga is legit and they will take care of you, they tend to just be a little slower than most. I dont know if they are busy right now or maby just understaffed.
