Saga base layer?

I'm looking at picking up the saga base layer is it worth the 45 bucks? And whats the fit on it tall or just regular? If not the saga base layer what do you suggest?

Baselayers are always worth it, you don't want to be wearing cotton. They are slightly taller and if not saga then armada

So if im 5'11 what size would you say to go mid thigh?

Spend good money on base layers they really are your most important layer for warmth and comfort. I have not worn saga but have worn armada, salomon orage ect and they are no way as good as proper base layers from ice breakers. Yes ice breakers will cost more but you can where them for days without washing and they last forever. Do yourself a favour and spend some money on ice breaker.
