Alright, I know NS doesn't let you advertise in threads, but I don't feel I'm doing it because I have nothing for sale currently. Anyway, I'm just trying to see how many people would be interested in buying a pair if they came out, and how willing people would be to pre-order a pair. I know a lot of people have sent me emails and messages if they'll be available this year, but I want to just see if everyone is still interested. So here's some basic info:

This the design we plan to have. Why white and black? It's cheaper for me, and ultimately cheaper for you.

Now I just have a few questions that it would be great if you guys could answer.

1. Would you want a really big size to sag or just a regular size?

2. Would you want a chest strap to keep them from falling off your shoulders at an additional cost (maybe 2-3$)

3. How much would you be willing to pay? Is 30$ too much for you?

4. Would you preorder this? (Note: I am NOT taking deposits, just need an estimate)

5. How long would you be willing to wait for them after pre-ordering?

It seems like a fairly sound product.

Straps in general beat the hell out of belts when it comes to riding. I'd say to be competitive you'd need to price the straps around the same level as an average belt. Anywhere from $20 - $30 dollars.

As for preordering items, since it's a start up project on your end it's pretty reasonable to expect a deposit. Just be warned that people on NS generally get pretty antsy when it comes to shipping deadlines etc.

Bottom line, if I had good straps available for a decent price and they could get to me in a reasonably quick amount of time I would definitely use them over a belt.

30 is as high as i'd go.

Seems to me like he's starting from square one again. Different design etc.

Either way it doesn't really affect what I said.
 
These things are the best... One of the original people to buy them and I love them. Perfect substitute for a belt and have held up strong all season long.

If anyone is looking for some suspenders or a new belt just hop on these!

Regular size.... the point of these is to keep your pants from falling down all the way... if you want sag, just loosen them up

Definitely, my biggest complaint with the old ones is that they often fall off my shoulders. A fix for this problem is NECESSARY. I'm not entirely sure how a chest strap would work or if it would be comfortable or if it would ultimately solve the problem, but I trust that you could design something to eliminate this while staying cool and comfy.

3. How much would you be willing to pay? Is 30$ too much for you?

30 is a little high for some suspenders, especially if that does not include shipping. I'd say aim for selling each product for ~$15-20 and then shipping could put the total to about $30.

You're a small company, yes, pre-orders would be acceptable.

5. How long would you be willing to wait for them after pre-ordering?

If I did not have them by the new year I would be very upset.

Regular, I'm sure a regular size could be adjusted to allow some sag, because I don't want ubersag.

Chest strap would be lovely.

$30 shipped would probably be my max price I'm willing to pay.

The black and white design looks sick. Looking forward to what you do with this.

I think it should come in different sizes or just be adjustable since people may change their mind or like different things.

Yes $30 is too much for me. I'd say $15-$20 is what I'd be looking to spend.

It depends on an arrival date, but yes I would if I knew they'd come soon

how do they attach to your pants? i want them to hold, but i don't want them to mess up my pants.

i guess a better question is to those who've had them in the past, whats your take on the clamp things i see in the picture?

Both, but I really want one that can sag mid thigh or so on a 6'1" tall kid but can adjust to fit normally.

I do not feel that $30.00 shipped would be too much, especially if they sag alot and still allow ease of movement.

Yes that would be a great feature. Mine have fallen off once or twice.

i'd probably pay 25 shipped if they had a chest strap. i'd also like them better if they were solid colors. the design isn't bad, i just don't really want pictures on my suspenders.
 
you should really try to get your hands on some Sweet Protection suspenders. They are hands down perfect! i'm 6'1, nd i can easily have my pants hanf way below my butt. Only downside is the price.
 
Those are really sick, I can't figure out if I can get any in the US. Do you know how long they measure? I found ones online that are up to 60" and other (cheaper) options that are 54" and I can't decide which one would be better. I am about 6'
