Safari Browser Help

Hey NS, I recently got my MBP fixed by apple (they replaced the motherboard) and ever since newschoolers.com (every part of the site except for the home page) has been loading extremely slowly in safari. it is quick in any other browser except for safari. Also, every other website is working at normal speed in safari, except ns.

can anyone help me diagnose this problem?

Thanks,

-Reed

explodeeee!!!!

not sure of the problem but every now and then i go to safari > reset safari and safari > empty cache

sometimes that helps and sometimes it doesn't

ns is working nifty for me right now though

best of luck

ya i tried emptying my cache and removing all of my cookies and it still takes forever, im currently using chrome, but i'd like to switch back if i can get it working

Sometimes ns gets hella glitchy for me too.

download another browser like chrome or firefox (I think it's very good to have a second browser always handy) and see if ns runs at the same speed as safari. If it doesn't, something's wrong with safari. If it does run at relatively the same speed, it means 2 things:

1. something's wrong with your computer. that's as much as I can tell you and it may be to your advantage to have it looked at.

2. something's wrong with ns. most designers use windows to code. so their revisions are mostly made on windows none-the-less safari. In which case there isn't much you can do. and you will simply have to live with a slower, less efficient ns. try it out and maybe post a thread in site discussion.

NS runs fine on chrome and firefox, it just goes slowly on safari.

I just reinstalled it so lets hope it works now...
