I have no idea, it's the tail that snapped, and i wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary.

it's my second pair of ninthwards to break this season.

I've only had these for a month

and these were the replacements from 9

sorry to hi jack the thread, but who is the liberty guy on NS? i have been through 2 pairs since mid december, both have snapped. i want to know about warranty etc, cos the guy i spoke to in the UK was useless.

yeah thats shitty, but 9th has a really excellent warenty(sp) policy so i wouldent worry that much. Its just you better hope you got some other skis for when there being shipped.

we had some issues with our OLD factory, we have switched our production for 08/09 and we are in a new factory that will not be cutting the corners our austrian manufacturer did.

to whom ever broke them send that picture to warranty@ninthward.com and we will hook you up again.

You said that exact same thing last year. We switched factories, now our shit is bombproof. Then you did the same thing a couple years before that. Why would people believe you now? So they can get their broke ass skis warrantied for next year's broke ass skis?
