The quality is awesome! Only thing that could be better is the snowskirt, which is only half attached to the jacket(only at the back), but I dont think that youll notice that if you dont ski deep pow. Another awesome thing is that it has changeable sleeves and hood (cotton sleeves and hood come with it), which is really nice. Plus the fit is awesome!
 
I have the blue Switch jacket, and it seems to be awesome. I haven't used it skiing yet (except in my backyard) but I've used it plenty in cold weather. The waterproofing seems to be very good, and I can't wait to try it out for real on the mountain (there is a lot of space to put your stuff in, too...tons of pockets). Plus the jackets are like $120 right now because of Black Friday. I'd definitely recommend it if you want something cheap that is durable and looks nice.
