IS THE S5 JIB ROCKERED AT ALL? I SEE THAT EVO.COM SAYS ITS ROCKER/FLAT/ROCKER BUT THE ROSSIGNOL WEBSITE DOESNT SAY ANYTHING BOUT IT BEING ROCKERED THAT I SEE. THANKS.

I LIEK TO YELL TOOO!!!!1!!!!ONE!!!

but generally evo is reliable source for this sort of thing. if it says rocker, it does in some way. if rossignol doesnt say anything, that doesnt automatically mean camber

I can tell you 100% that they are not rockered. Full camber. Rossi posts their tip dimensions on their website so a lot of people misunderstand and figure that they are rockered. Rossi actually has 2 different tip styles for their skis, freeride and jib, thats what the measurment is.

My knowledge of rossi skis is based on/from attending a rossi product knowledge session led by my area's rep and the fact that the shop i work at is extremely biased toward them.

wrong...they are rockered and cambered underfoot...they just have a very, very slightly rocker to them, not much at all, but it's there, a friend of my mine has them and you can tell they're rockered.

^really, i've looked at them a ton, i couldn't decide between them and s4's (ended up getting s4's) and they didn't look rockered at all. Rossi's site doesn't say anything, and the rossi rep never mentioned that they were rockered.

by the way, this ski RIPS everywhere...groomers, park, bumps, and even some pow...super fun, just really stiff.

Haven't seen the ski, but if rossignol does not say that they have rocker then they propably don't. Flashkick don't be making statements of your friends skis. They are by now propably used skis and could have generated a small rocker. Most skis do get litle rocker after some use.

^WRONG!!!!!!!!

Those measurements are the tip and tail heights not the rocker measurements. In the tech section it shows you the 3 different rossi freeski tip styles, and it doesn't say anything about one of rossi's two rocker types.

Check out S4's for example, those measurements are there, but they are deffinately not the rocker measurements (I own them, they aren't rockered).

Same with S1's, those measurements are there but s1's have full camber:

So yah, s5's have full camber. Also flashkick, your friend could have caused his own skis to rocker. My friends t-halls have a nose rocker profile similar to hellbents from doing so many nose butters.

^^ HAHA WRONG/RIGHT^^
you are actually just proving the point that they are alil rockered, if you look at the spces:
s4
Tip rocker : 180Tail rocker : 150 Camber : 15s5Tip rocker : 195Tail rocker : 170Camber : 15 so if your saying your S4s arent rocker at all the s5s are techincally alil rockered in the back and tail because there is a 15 difference between tip and tail and 20 in tail!! idk if i would call this actaully rockered. but def an earl tip and tail rise more then a normal ski. Cause the S3 which has amptek has a rocker of like 295 so its def not fully rockered but has an early rise for sure. Would have been easier if rossignol just explained there technology alil more somewhere lol.

^Took a good look at s5's today. Put them down on a flat table, ran my hand down the base, put the skis together and pushed down on the camber. They are definately 100% not rockered. Flashkick, your friends skis are messed up, because all the ones we had on our ski wall were full camber, not even a slight rocker in either the tip or tail.
