so basically im gonna bend 2 pvc pipes into a C, then 2 for into the other C for my S

my problem is that i can't think of anything to mount the pvc on

wood is the obvious answer, but i would need to like bend a 2x4

any solutions?

thanks

i think i would make a c out of plywood for the base and then use 2x4s for the supports and then angle the tops so that you could make a bank c on top out of plywood. it would take a lot of time to build but if you put cross supports inbetween the vertical supports it would be pretty solid especially if you got some cheap 1/4 inch plywood for siding.

take a normal 2.4 or 2.6, and then cut it every like 2 feet at a mellow angle, and toenail it in from the top/sides

jesus christ digital electronics is boring.

so i drew you a picture

idk how strong it would be though. you'dd definitely havee to have a not of reinforcement

you are not gonna be able to bend a 2x4 enough unless you steem it which i am sure you dont have the abiltiy to do.

Here is what I would do. If you have a table saw, set it to cut about 2/3 of the way through a 2x4. Now make a shitload of cuts about 3 inches apart (or whatever seems logical). Now you should be able to put a bit of a bend to the board. If no table saw, use a recipro saw or just a hand saw along with some mad steeze.

I just came up with that, no guarantees.

Otherwise, make your rail single barrel. Use a jigsaw to cut the S out of ply wood. This will give you a flat, plywood S rail onto which you can put PVC.
