You are a russ when you are done with high school. You celebrate that you are done with school. It starts 1.may and ends at 17.may. all you do is party and have fun, doin pranks and stuff, acting like a jackass :p.

 
and roll around in big busses with pimped out sound systems and interior and shit!!!

only that one aint finished. Last year the award for the best bus was givin to "HaiLife" They had an fish tank with 2 sharks in it, but thats just fucked up! There are many cool busses though!
