Rural Rails

And the chance of you being bumped by a car are much more little on a rural rail than an urban rail ... ADOPT RURAL STYLE

You might think that this rail is rural..but you would be surprised to know that it is actually suburban.

I realized I don't have any pictures of Urban nor Rural rails, I only have pictures of Suburban rails...

Simple problem, there are less stairs in the country, but those are nice pics. And I have the same outerwear as the guy in the last shot.

Living in Maine, I happen to have common encounters with so-called "Rural" rails. Not to steal any cred or anything, but coincidentally used the same term to describe such "non-urban" elements... +K for publicizing this term, dude.

Rail gardens utah aka holladay utah.

You could even call those rails park rails since they are in a park in suburbia.

if there's a handrail, it's not rural.

rural = untouched by stupid laws like "oh my god someone might fall down these stairs lets put a rail by it, maybe public schooling didn't teach them not to be clumsy on stairs, or maybe some fatasses can lean on it when theyre outta breath, but no pedestrian will actually touch the rail cause its got STDs on it, so then we'll put skatestops on it, and thus no one can have fun on it unless they file or hacksaw that shit off".

you know darwin is rolling in his grave over "fall protection laws"

But sometimes some of them big city folk move out to them sylvan unsophisticated backwoods. And they just gosh darn think that them handrails are necessary.

You Decide "Lets go do some urban down in the city"

-or-
"Lets go hit some rural down in the city"

I think you mean "lets go hit some rural down in the country" or "lets go hit some rural down in the rural" or "lets go his some rural down in the pasture"

a rural rail to me is a tree jib or something along those lines. No metal involved. Like that tree that's bent into a rainbow rail in some ski and/or snowboard movie that I forget.

yeah i see where your coming from, however, the thread is about replacing the word "urban" with "rural" so i simply did that in those sentences to see how it sounded.
