Just looking at the all blacks vid and I was wondering how many people on NS play rugby or follow it at all?

If you play what is your position and what team do you play for?

I am a prop/lock and play for cole harbour and U-21 Keltics

I played outside centre in highschool. currently without a team but I still love the game, thinking of joining a club team or somthing.

rugbys so sick, we used to play at recess until the teachers figured out why we came in with cuts and torn clothes

im gonna play once my school gets a team togeather, too many kids are to scared to play

i absolutley love this game...i am the kicker for my team for 7 aside and 15 aside. i play primarily lock but i also play 8 man and winger

hell yes i play

Tighthead prop, played for 4 teams over the summer, my club team, university team, calgary and alberta (as a sub for ab) just came back from cowboys(local nightclub) after the uni team including me were entered into an amature strip off,

my school doesn't have a team, but i follow it a little. I rep the South Africa springbucks, and i watched a SA vs all blacks game once. that was sick

we used to turn soccer into rugby in elementary school, but then they figured it out and took out ball away, the we played football

fullback, went to england and whales this summer and toured down there. had the odd match between gettin liquered with that brits. it was rad

Rugby is the shit! Got to watch some games at the last world cup- awesome. Getting liquored up with the Scots after their game v the US was piss funny! Nothing better than a drunken Scottish rugby player wearing a kilt.

Rugbys a lot of fun. Love when the old timers play the youngins for our endo of the year game. thats fricken hilarious we also have a game where everyone plays drunk. Thats fucking hilarious.

i played in highschool for a year, I played every forward position but 8-man, depending on who was injured. Playing prop when you only weigh 165 is difficult, lemme tell you. Good thing I'm scrappy.

same here. At the last day of school we went all out. 2 kids broke thier arms and I lost my 2 front teeth.(they were baby teeth though)It was awesome.

i met a guy who played down in texas. he was on a team with this dentist who was a hardcore player. if he knocked anyones teethout he would give them his card and do the work for free.

i play ruby and for school when its bushleague im a forward usually second row or something like that but outside with the bigger guys i play as a back usually outside centre.

i was flanker yo, captain too but then got banned for life at my college do to politics, its all good, loved the sport almost as much as skiing

I used to play for my school team a few years back but we never played in the Daily Mail comp (even though we were a pretty solid team), I just thought maybe we might have had a match against your school, but I never played against Oakham.

YEah I follow a bit of rugby. My dad and brother got to go to the World Cup final in Sydney a few years back. I was in Whistler so wasn't all bad!

congratulations for winning daily mail dude. i watched the u15 final last year and it was intense so i can imagine that u18 is amazing

haha yeah man you know it...twickenham is hardcore, even if the crowd only takes up one stand...a lot of passion in schoolboy rugby!

around here we don't have much support for school rugby. Our superleague team usually has a good fan turnout but the fans are only the kids in HS that come out to watch.

^ oh we just had that many people because it was national finals but normally nobody gives a shit in england either

lol footbal, the padded pansies, yeah i play outside centre for my team, or i did last year, moving up to senior team so im not sure where ill be placed

Hey spunky we are not all americans on this site. I refused to play american football and the HS coaches got pissed when I palyed Rugby. I told them the reason why is simple. I am not going to use my pads as a weapon and try and go out and hurt the other team. In rugby i will use my body as a weapon but i will feel it just as much as the other guy and there is more comraderie in rugby then in football.
