its about oppression and cash, i had a football game at the highschool by TIs house(bankhead highway , mays highschool) and the place is an utter shit hole, it could be a 3rd world country. there are crack dealers walking openly down the streets and big bootayed hoe's everywhere. it was crazy.....one of the worst places to live in ATL let alone the US
