Rough day for simon...

He got knocked out in semi's at 48 straight at Squaw, he threw a massive 12 first hit but was having trouble getting the pipe dialed. He looked so frustrated when he was up top after hearing he was knocked out... its gotta be a bitch to know you have it in you and you have the ability to win but cant bring it out a certain day...

The comp was fucking sick though, tons of fun to watch here are the top 4 men and women.

1) Jossi Wells

2) Xavier Bertoni

3) Colby James West

4) Justin Dorey

1) Sarah Burke

2) Jen Hudak

3) Rosalind Groenewoud

4) Grete Eliassen

Jossi threw an amazing flawless and HUGE run. Xavier had back to back right and left 9's and Colby threw a sick run but couldent bring out the switch 9 he threw earlier and had to settle for a switch 5 last hit.

The only problem with the comp was the pipe its self, it was a sunny day probably around 45 degrees and the left wall was getting destroyed by the sun. Other then that the comp was sick.

just poor luck for simon. injury hooking one ski on the deck on what otherwise would have been a perfect run (that was today). Maybe it will get better.

But jossi is fucking killing it, jossi and colby.

yyea Xavier is sick too. But you know NS laurent, when something's hot here, it's hot and nothing else is. But yea Xavier is really having a good year right now. It's nice to see a french guy doing so good in the big comps.

you're saying xavier is not hot right now did you see his run at the open cause if that is not hot i don't know what to say cause switch 10 to unat 5 to nine to unat 10 i don't know his run at this comp but i'm sure he killed it
or may be cause is just french?

exactly what i was thinking but simon is definetly harder to hate now than tanner was a while back. Dumont is a "do gooder" for sure so hopefully it won't happen

"He looked so frustrated when he was up top after hearing he was knocked out... "

I don't understand this sentence.
