Rotating

While on a trampoline my rotation is so slow I can basically consistently land a 5 but after that and even sometimes before that I always like stop spinning or like rotate at a weird angle and fall. How do I start my rotation and rotate fast. Also on a diving board I can't get past a 3 because it feels weird of diving boards. Could You guys please help me with my rotation and how slow it is and ways to make it faster. thanks +k for good answers

 
This has been discussed a bit prior, but the guess of the reason for odd rotations when going "big" on a trampoline is due to the lack of heavy skis on the bottom of your foot that keep your body upright. Trying going corked or inverted, as this thrust should give you more rotation.
 
on a trampoline, it always helps me if i kinda set up the spin with my arms in the air of the jump before i spin. when in the air, i always try to look over my shoulder, and it for some reason it really helps me to spin faster and more in control if i sorta tuck my legs up. but it may be different for you.

i cant really help to much with a diving board though, because i have the same problem. the bounce from the board always throws me really weird.
