Rossy Scratch

So anyone riding some rossy scratches this year?

I picked up a pair for $275CAD, they are last years model, i think?

They are all white with red sidewalls and a red logo on the tip. Just says Scratch, nothing else.

But anyways they are 168 length and I'm 5'9"/140lb and was just wondering how these guys ride in the powder/rails/groom.

I have some scratches from 2 years ago I'll be riding this year, I think I'll get some of the new FS's at the end of the year.

i almost got last years scratch, but thought it was too soft for all mountain. Sick in park though.

have last years scratches FS (maroon with the demon on one of the skis) in 168 and 1m 145 and 5'9" so i think you should be fine. the only thing is that the FS is a little stiffer that the scratch. and you def. have last years. and i have a butt load of sticks to all you bragging so you cant touch this!!!

I got the same skis, the white and red scratches from last year.

I got the same size, too: 168. I'm 5'5'' 125. I hope that's a good size for me..

Those are the regular Scratches... they have a dope flex but they're not the best Rossi's from last year. A few of my friends have em but yeah they ride pretty nice. Pretty descent jib ski too.

just ordered my scratch Fs's (last years model in a 180). i bought last years scratch 140 bindings last night not knowing what skis i was gonna get. then the sweet deal fell in my lap today to get the FS for $240...almost blew one in my pants...scratch fs with scratch 140 binders for 4 hundos...

I just picked up my brand new 06 scratch fs from the shop today. I got the size 181's and they are fucking sick. Way better than the scratches in past years. Stiffer, wider, beefier. Seem to be of better quality. Oh, and I got them for 150 bucks including free mounting. Boo ya.

ive hade scratches for the past 2 years and they are awesome for anything park related and good for ripping up groomers. alright in powder and not too good when it comes to moguls or trees.

Scratches are awesome for moguls. I can't think of many twintips that would be better in moguls than the first editions of the scratch.

yea, the scratches are really nice 2 have in the bumps. only the tm's do better, when it comes 2 the twintips, in my opinion.

Karma's look pretty sick I must say...but I believe they are more expensive as well.

The Sprayer Fs is 110/80/103 and has a full wood core which makes it a little heavyer than the Fs. The Scratch Fs is 116/84/109 so a little wider and such and it has the THC core, which is three materials that make the core (Isocore, Wood + Microcell).

ha hey this is close, the top picture, the tip, is the logos for both skis. But the colors are different, my skis are all white and the little logo is red. and thats for both skis, they both match, unlike other rossi skis. as for the tail i dont have the half R logo like in the second picture and there is NO 'fs' after the Scratch writing

I won some Sprayers, not sure if they are the FS or the BC. Are last years's FS/BCs with a new topsheet, or a completely new ski?
