I guess it doesn't give you points everytime you search but you win points every so often... but lots of times its more than 1point. I just got 50 points for a search!

I was just searching for something for work... I don't think it matters what you search for, its pretty random with the rewards. I have noticed that I usually win points when i first search for something after being away from my computer for a while.
