Do they come in all black like the magazines have illustrated, or are they only available in gold/black?

I know -- stupid question, but I am just curious.

The only all black ones I saw was rossis version of the p18 and looks p18 is blue. Every thing else is black w/ gold

in powder mag's gear guide, it showed the all black fks 185's and then on decadesnowandskate.com, they sell all black ones -- so my question is, are they readily available, or were they a small batch?

Right here.

why spend that much on them when you can find the gold ones for wayyyyy cheaper, i got mine for 130 brand new. same binding, all you want is the color. who cares.

first question: www.decadesnowandskate.com

second question:

I was under the impression that there was no difference between the FKS 185 gold and the FKS 185 black -- and there is a big difference between the the FKS 120 and the FKS 185

Apparently this is a team version of the 185 that comes in all black, so is it not available on the pro form?

Fks 185 gold and black are the same binding except for paint job. the fks 185 and 120 however are 2 differant bindings in general. the 185 uses a racestock toe and heel, where as the 120 uses the production toe, (dual action 3 just like a scratch or axial) and a racestock heel. Reason being is that for the lighter racers out there they do not need the race stock toe...

FKS 185 Black are not availible on proform, they are a limited production that the U.S. does not bring in alot of, hence why they are basicly team issue. There still around though...

Who cares what color it is. The race catalog doesn't ever specify color. But if you really care that much, SportsDen does have them in BLK/BLK.

There's nothing really special about the FKS 120. It's still mostly plastic and the only reason the it's around is because the Axial bindings won't mount on the Rossi race plates.
