1) download the kit from the website (as posted above)

2) extract the file from its .zip format.

3) the file comes with, the templates, color palets, pretty much everything you need.

4) if your still confused, just go to the site and read the rules.

If anyone would like me to send them a photoshop colour palette with only the Rossi colours, I can. You load it right into photoshop and you have all the allowed colours and their names too.
