Solid, safer, proven technology. Rossi/Look turntables are the way to go. Axium bindings have the traditional heelpiece.

You'd have to snap off at the shins to get one of those to go up your ass while skiing.

Any Rossi axial binding (the scratch binder) or any Look pivot binding is definetly the way to go with bindings. They are very lightweight and very durable. Their excellent design allows you to ski with a lower din setting, due to the massive elasticity in the toe and the heel. This means that you will not pre-release. They mount into the ski much closer to center too, so it greatly reduces the 'dead spot' underfoot. The only difference between the 100, 120 and 140 is the din range, everything else is the same. Did I mention that they give your boot 7 points of contact with the binding.

No, I do not work for Rossi, I am just stoked on their products. The scratch binding or any axial or pivot, is definetly the way to go.

And the axium binding is for beginners, if you plan on entering park or powder, get a better binding.

Robotics and Automation is taking over my life! Help!

I'm not sure how everybody says they are light. I think mine are pretty heavy. Great bindings though and I think the weight contributes to how solidly built they are.
