Rossignal Black Ops

So they made a limited ski that is a departure from their typical lineup. Probably trying to get a feel for how it would be recieved, and if it would be profitable for them.

lame ass marketing

p white and logan are fuckin dirty skiers, they should just give them this stupid "black ops" money for advertising purposes instead of the contrived secrecy bullshit

If that... Its basically the redesigned squad 7. Have you weighed those skis? That is the reason why I gave up on Rossignol and moved to Faction. They are crazy heavy skis. I havent skied it yet, so no comments yet.

The S7 linup from 2012 and before were heavy and not playful and post 2013 were simply not playful. Maybe rossignol should stick to the niche they made themselves a few years ago and make good intro skis.

There is a lot of wrong in here I believe.

Basically....No.

They're sick, pow ski that can charge, and land switch on. You can butter them because of the tip rocker and the flex in the tips, but bust through crud with the stiffness and camber underfoot.

Some big mountain skis are made to be heavy for stability though.

They aren't even close to the S7. The shape is totally different. They aren't horribly heavy either. You aren't going to get a super light 117 wide ski with a full sidewall construction in any brand. I'd say they closer to the Nordica Helldorado than the S7.

When I picked up a pair they were light for their size like everyone else said, plus they feel solid af and don't really resemble any of their existing models too much imo

I love mine. A nearly center-mounted pow jib ski, what's not to like. they're not the lightest skis in the world, but once they're on your feet you hardly notice. I've even been touring on them, though it's not ideal, I don't hate doin it.

They're playful and floaty and they stomp the shit outta landings.

What advertising money?

It's a totally different ski.

Awesome skis, I hope they continue to use this as an excuse to produce small quantities of kick ass skis. Bringing back the RC112, and moving the Squad7/Super7RD under the brand would be dope as fuck too. It would also be cool if they produced the black ops line in France again.

It was in reference to the almost complete lack out 'black ops' promotional material that existed.

Does Instagram charge per hashtag?
