Rossi scratch 120 bindings or look px12

I was looking around online and found these two bindings. I weigh 175 and am 6'1", are these roughly the same binding or are there major differences?
 
exact same binding. although it's tough to find the rossi in a regular width brake. Also the looks you can get the jib or jib ti's for some real nice extras. But all around they're exactly the same.
