Rossi s3 or lizzie?

i am looking to buy one or the other. i'm 5'8" and weigh like 160. i'm looking for an all round slayer with plenty of pop and lots of float. i do like 50/50 park/powpow slashing. i've heard great things about both but need some advise. teh rocker on s3 does seem enticing as i rode some rocker a couple of weeks ago and LOVED it but i'm looking for a soft poppy ski that can slay all over including the park.

The lizzies are a super fun ski but the s3 would be better for going fast and cliffs. Pm F**K_it_Huck_it. He has ridden both and is selling his lizzies.

'10/'11 Sir Francis Bacon. It's pretty much a rockered and slightly bigger and stiffer (although still soft) Elizabeth. I tried them and halfway down on my first run with them I had already decided to buy them.

Like Fishgills said, Ive ridden both, and am selling the Lizzies for $450 with FFG 14s. The Lizzies are much softer, and I like them much better than the S3s I demoed. I really liked the camber on the S3s, it kept me from snagging a tip in powder, and they were a bit stiffer, which was also nice. They also have a low swing weight. The lizzies are an awesome ski, super fun wherever, and do fine in smaller amounts of pow. They dont have rocker, but float fine with the waist width. They also have a low swing weight, and are money on booters. They are noodles though, and get knocked around in crud.

how was the pop on the s3's? you could charge with them eh? i demoed the s2's which are literally the same ski without the rocker. the bombed everywhere and were solid on jumps. i then demoed a pair of shoguns and fell in love with the rocker. i heard that "fuck it huck it" was looking to buy. THEY ARE DEF WORTH IT. the bamboo is A Mazing. so i figure that teh s3's is the best choice but i am still kinda curious about lizzies. i'd love to try them out.

Theyre super soft. They dont exactly wash out at higher speeds, but arent as comfortable there as a stiffer ski. Landings are fine as long as theyre not to backseat.

They chatter at high speed but I've never had an edge give out on me. As for landings, they wash out pretty easily if you land backseat, but other than that they are fine. I really love my pair and would definitely recommend them.

skis are wicked fast, thats what id get, they have mad pop, so much pop when you come off the booter its unbelievable. l like what they did with the edges this year, making the sidecut have you turn alot. the core is 2 ply ash and cedar, what could be better? durable on the rail. wont snap after the landings. compared to the other one id say it has more radius in the ski. rocker? no not rocker, why? thats dumb. the flex makes going over the snow like a flower. soft when you want it, hard also. topsheets can chip sometimes, look out! uggg... jk, just be careful, you will be fine. when you are in the freshies, nothin better, give em a 1. 2. 3. then hammer on the throttle baby.
